After losing a huge sum to a police officer, Kabir Nayak; four slackers: Aditya Shrivastav, Boman Contractor, Manav Shrivastav and Deshbandhu Roy find themselves unemployed and broke. Then they come upon Kabir, who apparently lives a wealthy lifestyle now along with his wife, Kamini, and sister, Kiya. They intrude in his life, find out he is having an affair with a woman named Gulabo, and blackmail him into making them partners. They also rope in a gangster-turned-Sadhu, Bata Bhai, into investing in an oil project - but are humiliated and go on the run after finding that Kabir has conned them. With an enraged Bata on their tail, the hapless foursome manage to escape to Macau with the help of a gangster, Mohsin Bhai. It is here they will run into Kabir - who is now the owner of 'Four Jokers' Casino - and make elaborate plans to avenge their humiliation as well as ensure that he winds up alone and penniless.

Abhimanyu enrolls himself in a medical institute and gets a room in the hostel. The story, set in the backdrop of Shivgarh, a small town on Goa - Maharashtra border, revolves around Sub-Inspector Bajirao Singham (Ajay Devgn), a brave and honest policeman. Bajirao Singham settles every dispute in his town patiently with his words of wisdom and resorts to force only when the situation demands it. Kavya Bhosle (Kajal Aggarwal), a city girl who comes on vacation along with her father Gautam aka Goteya (Sachin Khedekar) to Shivgarh falls in love with Bajirao Singham after he beats up some goons who harass her in a movie theater.
Everything seems to be smooth-running until a Goa-based Jaikant Shikre (Prakash Raj), a big-time extortionist with shady mafia dealings, is required to travel to Shivgarh to sign a conditional bail. Jaikant sends one of his henchmen to sign in his place. An angry Bajirao Singham demands that Jaikant come in person for the signature and this starts tensions between them. Jaikant, unable to do anything because the town is under the control of Bajirao Singham and his supporters, leaves humiliated. When Singham gets promoted to an Inspector, Jaikant uses his political clout to get him transferred to Colva police station in Goa in order to extract revenge.
In Goa, Kavya's sister is kidnapped by Jaikant Shikre, and in the process Singham uncovers a scam run by Shikre in which he kidnaps children. Bajirao Singham, with unexpected help from the Director General of Police and entire police department, brings Jaikant Shikre to end. Also, Kavya's father who was hostile to Singham softens up and agrees to give him Kavya's hand for marriage.

Surinder is married to Taani but there is a huge age gap between them. There is no real romance in the marriage. Then, a dance reality show called "Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi" airs and Taani wants to participate but can't because her husband is not hip and happening. She has a fear of losing, and she also fears that her friends will laugh at her. Surinder overhears her problem and decides to go in for a makeover. He watches some movies and learns to dance in order to woo his young wife. Throughout the show, Taani keeps falling in love to with this new-and-improved Surinder without once realizing that he's really her husband.
In Ankert University, California, Alisha (Priyanka Chopra) is the most beautiful girl on campus with plenty of admirers. Awkward, nerdy Abhay (Uday Chopra) is in love with her, although she is unaware of his existence. One night Alisha is partying with her friends and accidentally falls into a river. Abhay jumps in and rescues her from drowning, but her friends take her away before she regains consciousness. Abhay is further prevented from seeing Alisha the next day when her outraged father comes to the college and removes her from school.
Abhay nurses dreams of Alisha for seven years as he moves on with his life. He invents a revolutionary software program that cross integrates every existing operating system. However, when he tries to sell it, he discovers that unscrupulous software salesman Varun (Dino Morea) has copied the software without his knowledge and is marketing it to a Singapore firm as his own invention. Abhay journeys to Singapore to confront Varun, but sees Alisha at the company headquarters where she works as its PR representative. Still besotted, he follows her home and due to a misunderstanding she mistakes him for a nanny she was expecting from an employment agency. She is now divorced with a small daughter and he decides to keep his identity a secret in order to stay close to her.
Abhay takes care of her house and her daughter, but things become complicated when Varun shows up trying to romance Alisha and sells the stolen software to her company. Abhay tries to hide from Varun even while he grows closer to Alisha; she confides in Abhay and he dresses her up in glasses and old clothes to show her how differently people are treated when they appear to be unattractive. As the launch date for the software approaches, Abhay is unmasked by Varun who claims he is a delusional stalker. Alisha is angry he lied and orders Abhay out of the house without giving him a chance to explain. However, she finds out from her daughter that Abhay is the mysterious person who rescued her in college; she also realizes that when Abhay told her about the girl he loved in college, he was talking about her. Alisha finds Abhay and apologizes to him saying that she has fallen in love with him. They rush to the software launch to stop Varun who is easily discredited when he doesn't know the password to Abhay's software. They reach there at the moment and Abhay is able to prove that it is his original software when it is asked to him but he wanted Alisha to name it. The password was "ALISHA" - her name. Everything turns out to be fine at the end...
